After the maintenance today I noticed that it appears the 100 percent life skill exp buff is no longer in effect. It shows active at the top of the screen, but the numbers are telling me a different story. Yep. I am bored enough to notice. What a letdown. Thanks PA!!

I can confirm this too, I did the math on a Beginner 1 skill. I hope they fix it asap.

After doing this kind of testing and providing quick and accurate feedback for over 5 years, it's like they don't care about lifeskilling at all.
