Corsair Shell Belle Armor rigging (seashell on back of bikini top) incorrect

1. Log into BDO as Corsair
2. Equip Shell Belle outfit
3. Hide cape to show back (can still be seen through transparent cape, though not as well)
4. Move around
5. Seashell bounces around instead of staying attached to back/chains on bikini top (Other classes rigged correctly)
