Really PA!!! You have it set up so you search by family name to send people gifts, but they see your character name??? It's entirely possible someone has never seen the name of any of your characters. How hard is it to have your own family name appear in the text box? This needs to be fixed since you're the ones making money off other people's kindness, but then making it inconvenient to share said kindness if someone doesn't know something as obscure as a character name. Worst part is I didn't even use my main to send my gifts!!!
