Can we please get rid of cheers completely? There's no reason to have it. Having a notification on screen, which we already have for cheer-worthy drops, is plenty sufficient. Cheering for drops at high-end grind zones makes you vulnerable. Hasn't happened to me yet, but I've seen people get killed by mobs due to cheering. Get rid of it.
Yeah, it used to mean something to me. Now, it doesn't. Especially since I know that what seems cool to me now, will be yesterday's trash due to power creep.
No need to celebrate here.
Related to this: when you level up, your character stops in the middle of whatever skill it was doing. It's like a sudden short stun. Or maybe it's just the new class. In any case, levelling doesn't happen all that often, but it falls into the category of interrupting your play to the detriment of the player. Also add to this the single command input restriction that does more than prevent (does it?) abuse when grinding.
I like it hope it stays. Just remove it from specter's energy

Make them optional and able to set limits.
Can cheer for anything if you want or just treasures/100 mill drops. Many ways this can be implemented, but it really needs to be addressed i have personally died to a cheer after a Butcher in underground Gyfins when all three were activated and I was cced by the cheer.
It could stay for treasure items. I just love using a channeled skill with a decently long cooldown as my pets pick up a tungrad accessory from a previous kill and make my skill go on cooldown before all of its damage has applied.
