Suggestions/Comments:

*I keep making edits as better clarification since this should be a good opportunity for PA to make significant changes*


None of the 3 options are a good solution.

I think balance changes need to go in a direction of:

1) Increasing character health pool to help survive longer if fights both PvE and PvP. You can tweak monster damage to reflect the higher HP pool.

2) Add some type of cc-break skill that will have a CD (on a key input like V skill, but an actual lower CD skill we can use to counter grabs and other CCs)

- An adaptation of the Z buff, where we build up the energy to be able to use the CC-break skill. That way you have to be engaged in combat to be able to use it.

3) Add more HP on hit effects to skills or adjust/add a skill comparable to Kunoichi Lethat Spin Spree healing effect. This will give us sustain to stay in fights more and appropriately gauge when to use it.

The solution is more survivability right? This way we'll have the resources to deal with our environment built into our classes. And if we are out of those resources, then we can V out and let our potions do their recovery, while we sit at our tents or something.

Why or why not would this be the direction it needs to go?

My problem with V is that, yes it's essentially a cc-break, but it's used as an escape/flee skill. So you use it to run and often come out of it standing, recollecting yourself instead of it being an active part of battle to use as a counter.

Wouldn't mind having this, but keep in mind that there will be classes just running for minutes waiting for this cd to come back (looking at you zerker)

As far as healthpool goes, pots already barely keep up so id rather invest in defences to not get oneshot on some siege gate by archers

I don't understand why classes like zeka have 11k-15k Health pool when musa class has around 7-8k  at best even if they are front-line classes,
the point is hp pot hardly heal and take a long time to get fully back to full hp but still a little on the slow side i agree

Why not just give every class the same base lv of hp as a zerka, as this will allow us all to survive longer in pvp and allow us a chance to outplay and not rely on a SA trading meta

I also think V should be a counter to grabs only as we don't want the game to turn into aV meta and counter cc that was earned by a skilled player

I also think grabs are stupid, they completely break down the cc of the game and should just be removed making and forcing the player base to get good at the game and not starting a combo with a grab.

That's why I thik if it was a buildup skill like our BSR, where you have to attack to build it up faster, or outside combat it builds slowly over time. Some people always gonna play cheaply, but at least it's better than their current solutions they posted on Glabs

Zerker would be the problem? Funny how some people would complain about a SA/FG spamming zerker when Lahn spams full on i-frames has access to a ranged grab AND can literally fly straight in over everyone's heads to blow BSR and or all their strong skills (while fully protected) to kill 3 or 4 at least then fly right back out while they are completely immune to all forms of damage and CC but yea Zerkers would be the problem lmao. Don't forget that Zerkers need a 200% 30 minute long cool down BSR to wipe half a party while Lahns literally just need their fly up and they are good to go.

No, the problem with zerker is not it's fg spam but rather it having everything - protected mobility, damage, grabs, tankyness and healing. The dude is impossible to catch even with -50% ms debuff, he just runs away from any musa/mae whenever and never runs out of stam.

But now that you mentioned bsr I guess I'll add that to the list. Also, as far as flying goes - a zerker can run protected for longer than lahn can fly so it's not even an argument lol.

Zerkers have 3 SA movement skills all of which have horrendously long cooldowns when compared to other classes movement skills so of course they need to be fast when they do have them up. Lava Piercer is a 7 second CD. Prime Lava Piercer is a 10 second CD. Predatory Hunt is a 13 second CD and predatory hunt is a big IF when they typically use it to jump in and activate beast form at the same time.  After those 3 SAs which again are all longer cooldowns they are using all forward guards which are tackling rock (w+f) and weakling hunt (shift+f) which is ONLY a forward guard while they are in beastform. To any ranged classes or any class with any kind of ranged CC (aka Musa's stub arrow) running away in forward guard is absolutely useless. Zerkers don't chase Musa either unless that Musa is straight garbage that doesn't know how to use a stub arrow when they see a zerker spamming the same skill over and over to attempt to catch them.
