None of the suggestions PA made address the actual issues I have with PVP. The community is diverse with diverse opinions, I don't pretend to speak for it, or even for the majority.

These are things I think will help pvp, people can disagree it's whatever. Write your own post or reply, this is an open forum.

1) Too much range damage/too much large AOE damage/large AOE cc. There's plenty of protection in the game, but that doesn't matter when an archer one shots you from range killing you in SA or instantly breaks your guard. PA keeps adding classes with massive aoe and/or range damage reducing pvp to mindlessly spamming AOEs into groups with little risk but great reward. Archer and ranger are killing people by accident. They shoot at one guy and kill 5 more behind him. In AOS, succ Woosa and succ Mague AOEs are massive and even after nerfs (for Mague) these classes do a whole lot for not much effort/risk. They can solo carry with their 100 which comes every round due to bsr earrings. Even without 100, still good damage and so much utility with large AOE peels and ccs. Succ sage a worse offender, there is no reason any class should do this much damage, carry this hard in AOS, while being this easy to play.  Large AOE and range based damage should be reduced in PVP. It's too easy, too strong, too disruptive, too much. But PA seems to go in the opposite direction and is even  adding a "do" magic male class, so looks like even more big easy AOE damage. Then a gun class is rumored so more range.

2) When it comes to melee classes, PA continually buffs the strongest classes to the point where they have few to no downsides. This tends to be tanky classes that also do alot of damage: awakening drakania (this very obviously needs a nerf), succ zerkers, awakening valk, and to some extent awakening striker who is annoyingly protected and tanky... It's hard to kill these classes, but they can one combo you. Stop buffing already OP classes. NERF those classes.

3) I think this is an issue, not sure if others do or not....nerf or remove long lingering i-frames, they make pvp uninteractive and uninteresting. I-frames should not exist as an option to just completely stop fighting for 3 or more seconds like it is on guardian, tamer, awakening ranger, sorc, etc....I-frames should be short and bursty like it is on virtually every other class not mentioned.  This keeps the action going and the fight interactive intead of watching someone stand around in-I-frame.

4) Some grabs need to have more start up time or more end lag time. This will make the non grab classes cry less. Tamer and ranger are the worst offenders who have the fastest grabs with virtually no whiff animation--if God had a grab, it'd be one of these. Succ zerk grab is very fast on start up, but atleast has a whiff animation. Striker doesn't seem like it can be CC 'd ever, perhaps the grabs could be made more punishable so non grab classes can cc them. Classes that have fair grab animations IN MY OPINION are most other classes not mentioned here...

It's easy to balance this. Either take away near-perma-protections from classes that can zoom around doing insanae amounts of damage while being inately super tanky at the same time.

Or just get rid of the class modifiers.

Or just straight proceed with giving every slow moving turret classes a grab.

Or just do nothing and attempt to force people to play classes they don't enjoy playing. Only to see them eventually stop PvPing in BDO.

The issue for the most part besides a few classes isnt protections even in PvE the real issue is the damage that some classes have in pvp because there hasnt really ever been nerfs there is such bad power creep in the game to the point where classes just fly in kill you in 2 seconds and fly away or kill you from outside render range. overall instead of all this grabs and protections changes, pvp damage probably needs to be lowered by 15-20% across the board then more for some classes. with that then some classes would have to have there Defenses adjusted as well but that what balance is give and take. Also there needs to be a reevaluation of what a classes purpose is for pvp cause right now some classes are all strenghts no weaknesses (i.e. There are classes that have Mobility, Damage, Healing, and CCs , and Large aoe/ range.) The way that they are doing this is lazy and not adressing the issues that we all have been screaming about for months. Instead of taking easy way out they should maybe talk to the community have a round table and do some of that "N word" Nerfs and bring down some of the power creep.
