Hello,

I want to suggest some things about lifeskill and particularly about gathering.

Today if I want to gather something like stone, meal, tree. With 2000 mastery i will make 450-600M per hour. But i cant do 1 hour because we don't have enough energy.

I’m guru 34 in gathering. I have gathering stuff at 200B (+ other lifeskill).

I create a season character. I go to poly and I do the same thing … and I'm not limited to 45 min with energy.

I have spent a lot of hours (years) building up a character and I make the same money as a beginner.

Suggestions :

Gathering

Mini Game :

- We always spend 10 energy => Adapt the consummation of energy like in normal gathering with a chance to not consume energy.

- The hedgehog dont proc x10 with mini game but if i deactivate the mini game and i gather 10 time and i proc 10 time the hedgehog i will have more items than with the mini game

 

Guru level :

- With the new mastery crystals, a lot of guys have 2000 mastery and our guru level is useless. Maybe adapt the energy consumption with guru level, somethin like every guru level you have 1% of chance to not consume energy.

Mastery cap :

- Uncap the 2000 mastery in each lifeskill and, we have a lot of lifeskiller at 2000 mastery and no chance to improve our rentability. If we compare with grind spot it’s very poor.

- With the merge of lifeskill level please uncap it before to do merge.

 

Fairy powder:

- To not destroy the market, improve the value of fairy powder, we dot 7M-12M per hour with it, it’s useless, up it x10.

 

Imperial cooking/alchemy

- The box price is the same since lot of years now, the game has changed but not this, we do x10 in grind between the implementation of box and now

 

Worker Node :

- same thing (waiting 20min to have 20 mapple with worker optimized ...)

 

Farming :

- same thing (Same quantity since 7 years)

Ruun feedback - We need new Drops like caphras in all gather lifeskills or some items that can be sold to npcs for silver. We can produce so much more items per hour now with gathering but the crafting recipies or imperials never got touched and so supply is way to big and demand to low for most items. It would be nice to see more demand for life skill products , that alone could help a lot to fix the silver per hour.

Ruun feedback - Also im the biggest fool since i skilled everything on ONE charakter and now i have the problem that i can't really use item copy to play something else with my gear because when i do i can't turn in imperials !!! Why are those restrictions exist in the first place ? Imperials are bound to your CP and you can't do anything else with them, why even care to restrict them ?

Gravethought feedback - The one thing that needs to happen that you mentioned is a massive imperial buff for both cooking and alchemy(lol). Simply doubling turn-ins is not enough, they need a complete overhaul of box prices and seal rewards. And no matter what, alchemy and cooking turn in counts NEED TO BE SEPARATE. There should also be random rotating special imperial box events that serve to take huge chunks of elixers/food off the market.

Jontom22 feedback - Maybe Fairy Powder could be used in simple alchemy to make Energy Pots that aren't tradeable with low refresh times

When compared to PVE grind income, life skill activities really fell off the cliff for a while now.

Many materials  that make or break a good income per hour are on the lower end in the central market with caphras being worth 1/3 less than in the past is really concerning.

The ever spacious side mats you get for example in lumbering arn't worth anyting! In fact they got slightly boosted for a short time and still wasn't worth it and got their price nerfed again in the ground so they complete garbage.

Prices for PVP/VE gear rising constantly by the billions and profit from PVE grind is skyrocketing yet prices for consumeables and life skill goods are staggering at the same level or get a way too low boost in comparson.

PA, please boost lifeskilling. And stop giving away free materials every week so lifeskilling can be relevant.

Problem with a lot of these suggestions is they increase supply, but do nothing for demand. This will only further worsen the market which is completely oversaturated at the moment.

With the minigame we already get a metic ton of raw materials, and buffing workers will make it worse, not better.

Still, there are things outside of imperials that can affect demand. Node war and pvp in general being on it's deathbed is not helping as the big sieges were eating a ton of elixirs and draughts every week. Gvgs being killed, more isntanced pvp, etc. These all add to lack of demand.

Look what happens when there is real demand, AP hunting furniture. Max prices and hundreds of preorders, creating chances for big profits.

Def think cool down of energy pots needs to be looked at, and the idea of crafting them with something you get from gathering is... wow, amazing? :)

People do a lot of processing. I am processing now. I am wondering why you can't get LOGS and ROUGH STONES from processing? Wouldn't that be cool??

There are some traces that already drop from gathering. I'd like to see MORE. I'd like to see fruits and traces both drop from gathers. Then, buff the fruits from herbs to the point it's actually profitable to gather herbs, somewhat.

This is all theory based on gains, though, what I would really like to see is more stuff to gather! Like I said, it would be cool to sail somewhere and go gather stuff, have to load it on a ship, and bring it back. Certain things like that would make it more interesting, imagine, group gathering! Wew.

I don't know if I like the idea of imperials anyway cuz most of us can just buy and then package. It keeps the economy going, but it would be nice to have something more advanced. The gains of life skill are pretty meh, sure, but I would also prefer more depth. Also, I am gathering at 1750 w/ scroll and I'm not guru. I get decent gains if I choose to do fox blood or something, black gems are high value now, too. It should be higher, though, and even higher for guys who have PEN stuff, but so many people have pen stuff that it's like ???

I honestly doubt my gains and your gains are that different, which is kinda funny; it's like 260 ap vs 320. I def think the most interesting thing would be to make energy potions craftable with fairy powder haha. That and just more stuff to do. It's not all about gains for me.

What about freaking non-afk fishing?

Definetly need to uncap Mastery from its ancient 2k (Guru 50) limit.  - Let me grind my professions and give Lifeskill-Ranking a meaning again. Everyone at Guru 50 nowadays. 

Cooking- and Alchemy -Imperial Boxes should have been SEPERATED years ago and their seals reworked. (to improve demand) 

A special rotating Mystery-Imperial-Box would be nice aswell that has different materials needed (that are usually min-listed for months) every day. 

Could use Fairy Powder in a Special Ingredient for Alchemy-Stone-Polishing to increase the chances of success and lower the downgrade/destroy chance.
