So I don't understand why the NPC's people use all the time such as Imperial Crafting Delivery not being in Velia (a hub for so many of the special events) or Energy Exchange only in a few of them. There are MANY more examples of this throughout the game. It just doesn't make sense that we have to travel to all these different locations just to get certain things done in a major city on the other side of the map from the one you're currently in. Anyway, I'm sure I'm not the first or last to suggest this, but it would be a refreshing QoL change to the game. Thanks for considering this suggestion.
