Uncapped PvP and QoL

Nodewars

I'll get straight to the point: Please remove T3 and T4 caps from nodewars and make the current T2 the only capped tier. Beyond that should be uncapped.

Streamline all capped content (nw, siege, aos, trial characters) to use T2 stat caps.

Red Battlefield

Remove Valencia RBF or disable roof access. Add more open maps like Navarne Steppe or a portion of the Valencia Desert (no buildings for people to roofcamp or holiday decorations to cause lag).

Rework the Castle Ruins point system to be kill based and not point based. Many people prefer Castle Ruins as a map vs Valencia City.

Remove loading screens in RBF, similar to spawning next to your fort in nodewars: seamless.

Remove the cc and buff mechanics from the Garmoth map.

Remove the wait time to join an RBF: it is pretty frustrating wanting to jump into a match only to see a timer.

GvG

Announced to be uncapped at the Calpheon Ball. Please keep it this way.

War of the Roses

Uncapped, keep it this way. However, the participation system is silly. Make it a weekly thing to replace castle siege or even make it a 24/7 game mode.

Final Thoughts

The importance of gear progression needs to be brought back. If people want to shy away from gearing, they can stay in the one capped nodewar tier and play Arena of Solare. Players should gear up if they don't want to play one tier of capped instead of giving them 2 more tiers of capped to idle in/smurf noobs.

I like Valencia map. Change not to be removed, but to add new map and I will upvote.

How arrogant do you have to be to believe you can force people who voluntarily play this video game to play YOUR WAY! Nah, what would happen instead, is another mass exodus from BDO's PvP scene. Unless the gearing process becomes more skill-based instead of pseudo-RNG based. Then the game actually needs to keep its gear-capped content.

I know in your head you are thinking that if the Devs force people to spend thousands of hours or dollars in PvE to become viable in PvP, you will have a lot of time to get free and effortless kills. But the past MMOs that did what you are suggesting have had their PvP scenes completely collapse to the same 20 or 40 players server only PvPing, while everyone else leaves for much greener pastures.

Premade gvgs probably doa, uncapped or not - I can't really see it working since it's literally rbf but worse to organize.

Loading screens in rbf are as pathetic as loading screens in aos and should be removed but I'm afraid we only have them because of lack of time or competency somewhere. So I doubt those are going away.

Read again, I said to keep T2 capped for the capped enjoyers. This will concentrate more capped guilds together for bigger fights, and leave uncapped for the big boy guilds. BDO players can't read omegalul

What they need to do, is update the rbf UI and reduce the number of rbf servers/options.

In EU there is only ever 1 fight happening at a time and its whatever the 1st person joins.

Less options means that we can see all 3 maps without having to scroll down which is a BIG reason for why castle isn't getting played as much. Because the only options you can see (without scrolling) is valencia 1-8, 7 of which are empty...

They should just show 1x Valencia normal, 1x Valencia season, 1x Castle normal, 1x Castle season, 1x Garmoth normal, 1x Garmoth season. 6 channels total which all fit on the first page. 

Might make a dedicated thread for it.

Great post. I especially think the rooftop thing in RBF is annoying due to some classes having the abilities to get to places where others cannot. It's really broken in that sense. Like everything else you wrote as well.
