I don't want to be mean but when it comes to pve succ nova is very underrated and that is most likely why they are not buffing her. If you are pulling bad numbers in pve you have a very bad skill rotation and you need to work on that. I only pve on succ nova and with lower ap I get well over the average per hour. At jade forest with agris and lvl 2 loot scroll when I had 285 ap I was getting over 1 billion silver an hour only using villa, food, and frenzy. I have tagged almost every other class and succ nova kills jade mobs faster than any of the classes I have tested using their pve combos that are supposed to be good for pve. I made my own succ nova combo for pve and pvp so it's not the class it's your combo.

If you use any other class incorrectly you will not get the amount of trash per hour efficent people are getting. There is no issue with succ nova except her cooldowns could be a little bit shorter. Other than that all I would like is a nerf to the pawns so they leave when nova is on the ground CCd. Pawns are supposed to only be out when you are blocking and im not blocking when im on the groud so remove them. Pvp and pve damage is great on her once you know what you are doing. Back when i was doing boss rushes I was getting the fastest boss kill times out of every single class in the game. OP said that he cant use the 50% crit buff for 5s because he can only get off 0-1 skills before it ends and yet i can get off 5 of her hardest hitting attacks before it ends, so he is lying or doing something extremely wrong.

Accuracy is maybe an issue in pvp but not in pve and there is nothing wrong with her mobility. It would be nice if she had an accuracy buff and evasion debuff in her kit but its not something I need badly enough that im going to beg for it. i just went there and tested and im barely missing at all with 871 accuracy and thats only using villa, church, and food buff. I'm probably missing something like <10% of my attacks so a frenzy or even adding 1 more acc crystal will get me 100% hit rate. my gear is not even very good and im having no issues at 297ap 386dp.
