Yeah, what I'm saying is in a purely conceptual sense, SHE SHOULD BE GOOD. lol. It's ez. It's numbers basically. Her 'kit' is superstrong, to me. Very unique playstyle of just flatting waves of mobs. And yea I know tho that she sucks there. I was saying that she should not.
We shall see what happens w/ the dmg changes. The only thing I worry about is the number of attack changes. I thought it was fun to set up so that you had to get as many hits as possible. I dunno if it's gonna make her that much different if you lower attacks for more dmg (even tho dmg will be higher.)
Does seem like accuracy is the biggest thing. I wonder if building her diff would help? No idea. Would be nice to have infinite money to play around, ey? At least it's a unique class. I was saying the same about Corsair. I was like yooo you dudes are kinda underrating this class haha.

Here is the thing, being real. In a vast majority of games when a character is strong LOTS of people play them. This is because most players want to be efficient and win. You can see this with fighting games, mmorpgs, you name it. When a class or character isn't played there is usually something wrong with it. Sometimes it could be that the skill cap is so high that its not worth playing over a easier character to get the same results. But most of the time the character just isn't good. Succ nova just isn't good. Its not a skill issue, its a numbers issue. And no matter what you do that will not change.
In regards to her recent "buffs". They are very minor. They took away hits and buffed the damage %. So overall it makes the skill changes roughly the same EXCEPT, now she heals less from elixirs because she has less hits. So in many ways its a nerf.
Yeah, regaining HP is a huge issue for Nova, both Succ and Awk, from what I've seen. I don't know why PA loves nerfing this class. As you said, if a class is good, people will play it.
Guess we'll see how many players take up the mace. My bet is that they won't.

i actually said that haha. Maybe we differ on what terms mean: what her char does when you press buttons is not bad. If you can adjust numbers, it can easily be fixed opposed to a mechanical or conceptual issue like too slow, bad cds, bad range, etc.

and i mean i have to try to tell you re changes. It is hard for me to tell by numbers how it will bear out. I am disappointed at fewer hits cuz yknow monster dmg etc, but hey i said that, too.
i absolutely disagree with the notion succ nova is irredeemable trash but we shall see.
I tried it post buff, and for what I'm doing... lighting up regular Aakman, it seems actually worse. I think it would perform better vs stronger mobs cuz it does seem to do more dmg, but since they lost hits, it seems to be harder to farm the whole room at once. I def had to change up what I am doing. Still trying to figure it out.
It's definitely nothing special hehhh.
I'm invested in doing it, though, because with the set up, I wanna be able to clear it really fast, and I am working until I can, but this was a step back. Can see the damage increase (I'm sure their theory was more dmg over a shorter time = better), but I really liked blasting things with like 12 hits haha. It allowed you to cover more space if you planned it right.
I don't know what's more pathetic at this point. The way PA has treated Musa Awk before the awakening rework, or the way it's been treating Nova Succ?
