I know I'm super antagonistic to you, so asking you to do something for me is a bit...... yeah, why the heck would you listen to me...  But still:

Christmas is not winter.

Having snow only during Christmas is a bit lame.  The fact that it snows in-game is amazing, and very immersive.  Why you think it's a Christmas decoration is beyond me.

Why could we not have two months of snow?  Sure, have it begin when you put up the decorations and have the groovy music start playing in cities.  Then, remove the music after two weeks.  New Year's is a decent day for that. Then, remove the decorations two weeks later.  What you did this year worked well, in my opinion.  But to have the snow fall only while the decorations are up..............

Christmas is a very special time of year for me.  But winter is too.  For one month of winter.......... it's too short.

Yes, there are people that hate the snow.

Agreed. I love the snow (in the game anyway, real life not so much lol). It's cozy. Maybe they could release more snowy areas like 'Mountain of Eternal Winter' for those who don't like snow in the other areas. I'd love more rugged snowy areas. Something similar to Skyrim. It'd be perfect to quest in those areas during the winter months. Rather than one small area, or snow in the main area for only a month.

Totally agree. Imo there can be even 3-4 months snow, its pretty nice to see, since in reality it´s getting less and less over the years due to climatechange.. than at least we can see it a lot ingame :D 

Yes but with an option to turn it off..  sailing in margoria (on remastered) during a snow storm is blinding, makes it so hard to see the sea mobs.

Mountain of Eternial Winter has Eternal Winter and snow. ALL THE TIME!

Yes, and it's limited to one small area. It'd be nice if it snowed longer in the main zones. Or possibly release another rugged snowy area in the future so you're not limited to hanging out in one area. Mountain of Eternal Winter is the only snowy area currently in game and it's not very big. It'd be cool if they maybe expanded on it to be as large as the desert or close to it. With cities and towns. Also have a debuff similar to the desert (hypothermia) if there isn't already. Have the debuff disappear near a fire, that'd make the Shai campfire tool useful. If there isn't a recipe already, it'd be cool to make hot cocoa. Maybe have winter themed gear (furs and such). Maybe have a mount that moves better in the snow, similar to Dine, camel, and elephant for the desert.

There's also not much to do on the Mountain of Eternal Winter.
