True xD But even Oldschool Runescape has better graphics than BDO imo.. i don´t know why everytime people are so excited about BDO´s graphics.. BDO graphics are trash, popup elements every few meters, even with remastered ultra.
This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.

Do the statistics AND include the total number of players, along with the total number of events. You are not just "flipping a coin" 24 times, you are flipping that coin thousands if not millions of times inititally, then picking out a string of 24 that you didn't like.
Your RNG doesn't begin at that one time you did a pen tap or whatever you are crying about. Your RNG beginss the moment you downloaded the game. You have done millions upon millions of RNG interactions after the first year, yet somehow you want to cherry pick the 2 week period and 72 specific flips?
I think you really need to go to a basic statistics class, stop lying, or stop manipulating data. Not sure which one applies to you, probably all, but you lack a basic understanding.

You are basically telling us that if you played a game where you flipped a coin and had to double the cost of playing each time you lost , starting at a penny and you lost 20 times in a row (1 in a million chances); paid up, played 2 more times WITH THE SAME results, you wouldn't think something is wrong with the coin? Loool. I'd love to play cards with you. You also seem to think that 1 in 28 million chance events are ok because people have been flipping coins for millennia (nothing to do with it but ok.)

Where are you getting any of those numbers? There is nothing in BDO that I know of that has a double or nothing mechanic in it.
As for the cards thing, I used to pull 20k a year pre covid playing cards. Covid hit, local casinos shut down, suckers stopped going and have not come back. I see at least 1 went to BDO.

BTW, I want to emphasize that I don't usually "enchant". It is only through the accumulation of FREE stuff over the months I've played before and coming back tot he game that I had stored up enough CRON and J Hammer attempts, which all failed btw LOL that I did this recently.
As for the the Tungard TET to PEN attempts, as I said I have goals to try and get all my accessories to PEN since all my weapons and armors are already there (except for my blackstars which are still at TET and I failed with the J Hammers and stored up crons haha). I guess I got a little greedy hoping for luck to get a PEN neck piece and hopefully save some money this way to kick start me to maybe buying a PEN belt ... :/ Should have just used the money I had to save it up and hopefully buy it off the marketplace when it was available. Won't make that mistake again. GRR.
That is IF I continue to play knowing what I know now. I find it harder and harder now to log in knowing the shady practice that is going on. :/ Welp at least there are a TON of new MMORPGs coming out soon. Hopefully those will not be so RNG heavy.

It's an analogy to explain basic statistics. 20 heads in a row or 20 tails in a row happen once in a million attempts. about the same odds as the losing streaks I documented. I too counted cards and did quite well at single deck black jack in my younger days....

With the recent finding by the Korean FTA about illegal practices of lying and RNG % manipulation into Nexon (Maplestory) and how they are dynamically changing RNG at any point in the game based on different factors, who is to say that a game like BDO, which is heavily RNG monetized, is not also doing the same shady practices?
I mean this week, after gathering and grind 40b in game, I tried to RNG enhance my TET Tungard by buying up to 5 TET Tungard with a 240+ stack and failed all attempts. I thought this was normal and I was frustrated by this RNG crap but hey I figured it was just bad luck and I would try again after again grinding silver and maybe next time I would have a better chance.
BUT NOW after this report of RNG manipulation in a game like Maplestory by Nexon and possibly in their other games as well and with other Korean game companies like Pearl Abyss, etc... I have just lost all confidence of "fairness" with any Korean games that have RNG in it and I am almost completely done with Korean games with RNG in them. I would like Pearl Abyss to step up and verify with the Korean FTA that they are not also complicit in these shady practices.

Back in the day and this is in my era when coding we used a method called Prng basically using a seed value and a algorithm to give us our random number and the next seed value.
To most situations this is random enough especially during basic and MSdos days. Using things on hand usually hardware values like CPU clock speed for instance.
This Psudo random number was random but over 100's or 1000's of iteration you will find that random is not so random.
Current systems use more of Trng using RL events or celestial events like light wavelengths from the sun to create a True RNG.
Even then you will still see some non random stuff.
In BDO specifically we simply have no Idea were they use there seed value from.
This has been the age old his account is more blessed than mine.
Every player has stories of some random guildie that got 4 vells hearts 5 garmoth hearts... hit 4 Pen accessories on nothing but 100 Fs and then tell you to get good......
In reality when you look at statistics 12% has a 88% falure rate. It is difficult enough take a sure % and try to make it look random.
There have been others ways as well but all give some really odd non random strings generated by computers. As long as PA is not in control of some parts of the code to increase or decrease the seed value or change the random number we are fine.
Personally I don't like it but computers are limited by code and not much we can do to change that.

Honestly, I hope all those games with those casino RNG tactics die or get heavily censored soon by governments and heavily restricted on sale. Those games incl. BDO are same than casino for addicts or alcohol addicts.. Players constantly spending money for RNG and can't get enough of it, so spend more.
They should at least limitate users ingame purchases by 200$ per month.

ah....... you don't understand Satistic math and Probability.
I will give you a quick answer, If you knew how to calculate probaility, you would know: For what you did; You need arround 12 accessories to even have a 60% chance to success. So you gambled only 5 times. this is nothing.
2nd point. Nexon has a patent, this mean if other games want to do the same thing, they have to pay Nexon money.
Do you really think PA is paying Nexon money?
Be realistic, You just had bad luck.
