I just pulled my boat out at Vellia Wharf, it is stacked 3 high. I can't even take the Wheel, it keeps telling me to "Please try again in a moment".  I can't Board, Disembark, or even jump off the side into the water. I am COMPLETELY STUCK and can't do anything. The ONLY thing I can do is change servers, BUT I need to be on my curent server for guild events. If I swap I am then stuck on that server for 5 minutes due to some stupid arbitrary rule you made up. This isn't the first time this happened.
