Even if you will get past that screen you may get a crash on Server Selection. If you get past server selection and actually play game for a moment you will probably get crash on server swap.

So probably it has something to do with EAC. Ppl say it helped after deleting this folder from the game files.
For me VPN helped.
My algorithm:
1) turn on vpn
2) lauch the game
WORKED
3) exit the game
4) turn off vpn
5) launch the game
logs ok now.
I used the free Proton vpn GMs suggested.
Same procedure here, works fine now. Used mullvad

If you are having trouble with now processing
Try the following
- Change dns to Google, Cloudflare, Quad9 or another of your choice
- flush your dns cache
- try a VPN (protonVPN is a free good choice)
if the problem persists, send a support ticket
or join us on the discord for troubleshoot brainstorming

To flush your DNS;
- Open the start menu and type CMD
- Open "Command Prompt"
- In the black box type "Ipconfig /flushdns"
To change your DNS;
- Open the start menu
- Go to Settings
- Go to "Network & Internet"
- Click on Ethernet on the left side
- Click "Change Adapter Settings"
- Select the Ethernet icon and right click, then select properties
- In the list on the Networking tab find "Internet Protocol V4" or along those lines, it'll have "TCP/IPv4", select this and hit properties
- Manually set your DNS on this page under "Use the following DNS server:"
Googles will be 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or Quad9 9.9.9.9
Just by looking on amount of people that have this problem I can say it's problem on your side... Not on player side.

In the game folder delete Cache and EasyAntiCheat folders and launch the game.

You just look at this and you know it's not worth it. If devs expect from players do stuff like this that mean the fault is their not players and fix suppose to be done like 3 hours ago.
But this is good! We will see how many people drop today this game for good because of incompetence from PA.

Update: on second character change game crashed and failed to connect. I deleted cache and then again it worked.
It seems that the game caches some information that is outdated.

If I Delete "Cache" folder from game directory
and "UserCache" / "Temp" folders from documents directory.
I can login and get ingame, but i can't change server or character, the game just crashes. And i need to repeat the process again.
Using Cloudflare Warp i can play normally, but the ping is higher and i'm getting lag spikes.
Can i get 1 week of "nothing happened and everything works" for once?
