i mean TJ max for x3d 7000 series is 89 and these cpus are designed to push themselves to max if possible/needed.

now, if my game felt WAY better at expense of some temps because they optimized the game to use cpu better/make it use itself harder, id say GREAT.... but i dont think many people have trust in PA's devs or in xigncode with it having reputation that it has :D

yes BDO is shitty in optimization, but it will and should not kill a cpu. if you have spikeproblems its on your system, if you have high spikes, its normal

it would take a lot to take out a cpu via game that is correct.

i mean we all know people who just bought the damn thing, set all core -30 or more, set buildzoids ram settings without any stability testing on cheapest shittiest mobos available in the store and then wonder why their system has problems. "its not my system or me its surely somehting else" :D

if you set -30 ofc it spikes higher because voltage is not the thing that creates big heatspikes, its the load and the clock. and 7200mhz RAM should not even run on am5

my game spiked to max 70-74 degrees while loading at the start and about 68-69 degrees when opening the pearlshop.

it was all fine even on wednesday after they introduced the xigncode. only after the "SECURITY UPDATE PATCH" on thursday, the temps went to 85C (tjmax) instantly upon launching the game.

NO FUCKING CHANGE ON THE SYSTEM AND YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL PEOPLE THAT THIS IS NORMAL.

at this point, i have only one thing to tell you.

i mean it can run, but it would go into 1:2 mode which wouldnt be better than 1:1 on some 30cl 6000mhz kit

last i checked (if i remember right) some actually say 6400mhz is best if u manage to set your inf fabr to 2133 (which many 7800x3ds wont be able to achieve (silicon lottery))

its probably just xingcode scanning your gamefiles on all 8 cores. Do me a favor and do a complete check with windows defender. tell me what temps you get...

Multiple people have seen a shift in thermals after they changed their anticheat, that calls for some action of PA looking into it.
Regardless if someone says/states that it is okay, it needs to come from Pearl Abyss, not us in the forum.
We raised a concern, they need to respond. Not by people flamming or doing chat pvp on the forums. It's unnecessary.

it's probably just that you're dumb as a rock. everything works fine with xigncode on wedseday, then they update it on thursday and it goes haywire. surely that completely normal and should work like that.
