This quest line needs ATTENTION, like now!!! Can't Complete It...

Suggestions/Comments: This quest line " Production #5 - Crop Workshop " can not be completed when your character is tagged and it should be!!! Soo Frustrating!!!
I created a new character, finalized the seasonal and because i loved the character i decided to tag it with my main and then go back and start completing all the other quests. So went back to Velia opened up "ALL" my quest settings to accept all the different ones and now i cant progress anymore because in order to complete it now i need to carry a trade item and you cant do it because your character is tagged, so now what? now i got to spend 170+ Marni's Unstable Fuel tokens 2x, just to untag the character complete the quest, then tag it again?
I know why the trade system, is what it is, ingame to prevent players from exploiting the game, but i think when it comes to quests like this one, you need to either have the item fall under a different catagory, so it can allow the players complete quests while tagged, as this is really stupid right now that you expect us to tag then untag, then tag again just to complete a quest.
Im not sure on how many other quests are through out the game that are like this, but someone needs to go back through all the quests/quest lines and refix them so we can complete ALL quests within the game whilst tagged.

The "tagging while trading" restriction is because the PA devs are stuck in 2016. In 2016 when you could only make 250k-1m per hour if you were reallly really good, Trading could make 3m if you tagged a character and did trading with it. It needed to be limited. The problem is even after many price increases it was only ever 15m per hour and could have gotten to maybe 200m per hour if you used a tag and the Magnus. You sneeze at a grind spot now and make 15m, there isn't a level 60+ grind spot in the game that makes less than 250m per hour.
Oh this one time this one group of people used an exploit, we fixed the exploit but we won't let anyone get near that style of play again. Is a moronic way to deal with a problem.
