[Awakened Ninja] Certain skill inputs do not work after C swapping.

When switching stances from Awakening to Main-Hand (C Swap) the Stance Swap cooldown does not allow Awakening skills that can normally be cast via key-inputs to be cast until the Stance Swap cooldown is over. However, when these skills are cast from Quickslot the Stance Swap cooldown is ignored. The Awakening skills that are affected by this bug are Murderous Intent and Sudden Decapitation.
Example Inputs:
1. Start from Awakening Stance
2. Stance Swap (C + W/A/S/D) > Murderous Intent ([HOLD OR SPAM] SHIFT + LMB)
1. Start from Awakening Stance
2. Stance Swap (C + W/A/S/D) > Sudden Decapitation ([HOLD OR SPAM] S + RMB)
