Right now there are tons of Time gated content.  It is one thing to have content time gated based on spawning of a specific mob.  It is another thing to have content time gated because you have to wait for dailies to reset.  It just feels bad if you forget a day or week on a time gated quest when the quest in question requires 15, 20, even 50 repeats before it can be completed.  IE Carracks and T10 horses but there are others.  There needs to be alternate method of obtaining items that is not time gated behind quests that reset only at specific times.

Carracks you shouldn't limit bartering to only a few resets per day so you can get mats.  The reset should be either when you get below 50k parley or when 4 hours have passed, this "can only reset a value of 150 per day, it has a 4h CD, and all mats are RNG, now you can't grind it out".  Lets be real, farming the young sea monsters for an item that you need 150 of and that can only be gotten 3 at a time from bartering every 10th reset is excessively rare.  I spent 15 hours this week so far trying to get Ocean Dark Iron from Sea monster hunting.  I got 4 total pieces.  I bartered the maximum every day and got 21 pieces.  

T10 horses are in a similar boat, no pun intended, it's better than it was, but the fern root and flowers are just too slow to obtain.  At the very least allow for the imperial delivery of T9 horses to get more flowers and fern root.  

A few of the other items, Forest path wagons, Tripple Float rods, and Jetina Accessories (2k mobs for 150 days?)  Allow us to just kill all 300k mobs in 1 sitting if we can do it without getting bored.

EDIT:  To the person who down voted, at least explain why you think a sandbox MMO should have any time gated content in the first place.

  

FearlessLy,I do agree that timegated content in this game does have a negative impact on the players,Weeklies are not the issues,when you lock content behind an excessive amount of dailies,it kills the player motivation when you can't grind something because it is locked behind an exccesive dailies,hence it should be a grind to get a carrack,t10 horse,forest path wagon,pen jetina accesories etc but you shouldn't be timegated by it since again,this game has no raids and the dungeons are weeklies,this game doesn't have any raids so time gating content that we payed for in the one time purchase makes no sense,I also think that PA might want to re-evaluate the way those quests are configured because if we can grind it all out in one sitting without getting bored,it should not be a problem like you said,PA does not listen to the playerbase like they say they do,and timegating things behind an excessive amount of dailies is just a cheap way to extend to artificially extend the life of the game,PA gets plenty of money so it wouldn't be an issue to alter if not remove the timegated content,P.S Black Desert Online has a horrible track record of ignoring player feedback just a heads up,hopefully they will actually listen to us,you brought up a good point FearlessLy and everyone else needs to realize what they are doing.

They only do it to force you to keep coming back to the game, player retention yadda yadda, and yeah it's super annoying.

When i started playing BDO back in the days because it took a long process of getting stuff, and those that can't be patient would quit and never get what they wanted.

i disagree with removing the time gated things bcs it would make life much easier. What would be the point of a Carrack's utility if you didn't work for it? YES i would agree by removing the time gated, but the quests will take more materials, lets say average 200bil for any carrack.

Its about discipline and being smart with how you do things to be more efficient. You can grind your silver without being time-gated so be happy about it.

Why can I only get 1 tap for a t10 once a week. There are 3 different T10's and I'm up to 30 attempts for just one. This is ONE aspect of the game, and I don't know whats to be gained by making it so you can only do 1 tap a week. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE EHANCE RATE IS SUB 10%

thats because the T10 aren't a easy task to do. It requires TIME AND PATIENCE, what if PA just gave away 20 free T10 attempts? everybody would run around with T10 pegasus. 

I hate PA for even giving 2 FREE DREAM HORSES that are worth 12.5bil each to noobs, 3 years ago getting a T9 was an achievement not easy to reach due to the bottleneck of T9 materials. Be happy that you got easy T10 attempts and u can get easy mythical feathers from doing field bosses and rifts.

Definitely agreed. Being more open and not reliant on stupid daily/weekly stuff is why I sticked with BDO over other mmorpgs. Time gated stuff SUCKS. Let me grind for my t10 as hard as I want to. Even if it's the only thing i focus on i might as well not get it for another half a year because my attempts are limited. It's annoying.

Also dailies make me feel like im coming to work and doing my daily tasks I hate it. Freedom is good.
