Ease restrictions on placing items in house/manor

Suggestions/Comments: Would be a huge QOL fix to ease restrictions on placing/removing objects, particularly ones that have other objects on or near them. Especially in the LOML manor, it's frustrating to place any grass/trees/bushes near fences/gates/benches/lamposts etc because you cannot pick up an object that has grass and etc near it.
Just let us pick up anything regardless of what is on/near it and if it results in floating objects, let us be the ones to fix that. (example: you cannot place bristlegrass near dawnlight lamp, and if you place the grass first and then the lamp, you cant pick up the lamp without removing the grass first)
*As a side note, the collision boxes for interacting with these objects could also use some work, the large trees are a huge offender because your mouse will hit them even if they're nowhere visible on your screen
