Only thing of note id like to add in would be:

  • :23Savage_Decree: removal of first hit seeing as its never used, second hit dmg buffed accordingly to match the total dmg of the skill along with speeding up its animation slightly like they did with :23Tip_of_the_Scale:
  • :22Savage_Decree: I’d like to see the skill reworked but I’d also like whatever they do to it to have +~24% crit rate for 10s upon using the skill onto it so awk had a crit rate buff (or +5-10% crit dmg - something idk)
  • :22Storm_Maul: maybe instead of removing the second hit, a suggestion before that I liked said to keep it but make it an sa after the cc
  • :22Tectonic_Slam: hot take, make it base sa and cc core
  • :23Cloud_Strife: I don’t see them removing the cd of the skill but lowering it to ~6-7s
  • :23Aerial_Burst: mob taunt
  • :22Flow_Obliterate: mob pull back on it
  • on the note of skill linking, allow :1Dragonwalk: to be used to swap from pre > awk when using forward movement
  • :21Burning_Resolve: (own personal idea) classes like sage/guardian, to name 2, have lots of extra effects added in their class buffs like 20% crit dmg and 10s of sa, I’d like to see a similar buff to hers considering it’s mainly just dmg and accuracy - her concept class buff had 3s of sa when using a HB skill and 5% healing when using a DB skill (before healing was base kit in awk)

This skill is almost never used in PvP or PvE due to its design, small AoE, and slow animation, making it completely impractical. If the skill is reworked as described below, it will be very, very useful.
1- The skill cooldown should be increased from 5 seconds to 7 seconds.
2- The multipliers within the skill should be completely removed, and it should be reorganized to perform a single attack instead.

3- This attack should have the same animation as the Flow: Concealed Claw skill. However, this animation should start&end in the opposite direction. While the Flow: Concealed Claw skill completes its animation with a movement "from the top left to the bottom right", this skill should move "from the bottom right to the top left". When we combo the two skills, it should be like this: "Bottom Right to Top Left > Top Left to Bottom Right."

4- The Skill AoE should be the same as Flow: Concealed Claw.

5- Should not be used while on cooldown.

This changes are just too sweet for PVE although it seems we gonna lose lots of damage from HexBlood in PVP. I like Quendya's suggestion very much but there is this 2 skills's animation change that seems abit too odd form me cause it would only look like one line slash attack. (example below)

But instead, wouldn't it be better both attacks was claw type attacks? From Top-left to Bottom-Middle and Top-right to Bottom-Middle. Both animations should be instant. (example below)

Pressing "Space" after Dragonwalk or refraction, i want the skill Legacy to be activated instead of Flow:Markthanan's Wings/Flight, In pre-awak state too.

The game certainly doesn't need more brainless 10 seconds SA E buffs, if anything they should be removed completely

I am Drakania (awa) main, she is more a wonder than a class. But: Now for playing her for over a year and being able to say I am able to manage and really enjoy her piano, I compared my results to friends and to results from Garmoth. Well... 40% less trash per hr at Hystria than a friend with 16 ap less! And most of the other spots were under average (more or less, I'd say abt. 20%), except of those wich I am overgeared for. After this I tagged an awakened Hash, and guess what happened. Not even being able to play this class very good, my results were better from the first tries on. What a shame... And they are getting better time by time. 

I still will not give up on my beloved Drak and keep her for spots she is good on and pvp. But being able to go with her in pve again would be very great. It doesn't really make sense being forced to swap the class because of (draconic haha) underperformance. At this point same for Corsair. 

 I would have been ready to accept being slightly under average but not this much and not for this amount of effort.

I tagged striker awak and now making 50% more trash. Imagine i was losing 50% income!. 
I tried as much as i could and m also maining drak since her lunch, though i lack proper gear but even on same gear i gave to striker, striker pulled 50% more. It just shows how sad drakania's situation is.

You are not alone my dear friend. There are lots of player want to play this character. But they also looking for above average performance. They are right because they need to invest more time than other classes to learn it. They are asking this question " Why should i invest that much time for below average results? " . This is the main question of people who wants to play drakania in long term or maining

In addition to my previous reply.

In general I agree with the authors suggestions about the improvements for Drakanias skills. The problem and the options to solve the problems are described very well.

At this point I just want to tell about the issues I figured out for my own, before reading the post, from a mid game player view. 

The first problem visible is the lack of damage and lack of range of the Hexeblood form skills. They also feel very slow. The first time I tried to avoid them and learned to build in them only later. Now I enjoy using them but they still don't improve the performance much. I see these options: 

1. Make the animations faster, so the damage applies faster.

2. Increase the damage to cover the missing dps.

3. As suggested by the author, change the animations to one hit and change the crit.

4. Important - increase the aoe, at least a bit.

Of course a balanced mixture of the options is possible.

The Dragonblood form is much more usable but stays still slow.  A slight fastening would maybe be enough (or slightly increased damage). 

Also as mentioned by the author, the cooldown of sundering roar is too high. I often cant use on the end of a combo because of the cooldown and have to evade on an another skill. This issue leads the Drakania/or me to stay stuck at the mob group longer than needed. Also the skill goes in to a very strict direction, mobs on the left and right side stay missing out. Maybe it would be an option, that the roar pulls the nearby mobs a bit together.

I am looking forward to see Drakania being able to compete with other classes in pve again!
