Suggestions/Comments: Fishing is a pretty AFK lifeskill. I know that there are a lot of people who like fishing role-play and many don't do it either because it's not that fun or because it's not even profitable given the time spent on the activity. However, I think the PA should review some things about it.
I would like to leave here some ideas to make fishing a more active lifeskill again.

. Firstly I would like you to add the Manos fishing rod

So I think I should add a Manos fishing rod not only to make it easier for everyone to achieve mastery 2000 but I also wanted it to have something special.

The level of mastery using the Manos fishing rod would influence the number of fish caught at once only on hotspots.

For example:

0 - 500 Fishing Mastery : 1 until 2 fish at once

500 - 1000 Fishing Mastery: 1 until 3 fishing at once

1000 - 1500 Fishing Mastery: 2 until 4 fish at once

1500 - 2000 Fishing Mastery: 3 until 5 fish at once

When using a Manos fishing rod it will come with a special ability and once used in a fish hotspot, a special mini-game (different from the existing one) will appear.

Something similar to the harpoon and ice fishing mini-game.

It could be activated/deactivated through the player interface.

Secondly, I think there should also be improvements to the fishing boat

the fishing boat is quite outdated and practically no one uses it. So I think there should be some kind of upgrade or new fishing boat.

New upgrades 

For Example:

Prow to movement speed something that already exists.

Decoration to improve the boat's defense power or even its durability

A tank to be able to store many more fish in which levels would increase the tank's carrying capacity such as:

0-+5 - 50 fish capacity

+6     - 55 fish capacity

+7     - 70 fish capacity

+8     - 90 fish capacity

+9     - 120 fish capacity

+10   - 150  fish capacity

A tank for fishing boat similar to shin cheongs fishtank in which it would be possible to use through the boat menu

example:

Lantern that would be like a radar for active fish hotspots on the map, a type of active fish hotspot detector.
