Mercing for Guild Bosses is PvE group content that's very popular. Instead of crippling it please call J, sit him down for guild bosses session and show why it's popular. He should take notes, explore possibilities and expand it further!

The killing part takes 20-30 mins, but there is also a process of doing 17 guild quests to get the scrolls as well. So it's not free money in 30 minutes. People from several guilds get together commit to a schedule and make everything ready during a WHOLE WEEK to get things ready for that 30 mins. With your logic, you could argue that deboreka accessories should be removed from spots as they are easy money once you drop them.
No only that... how much time it takes to setup sheets, invite ppl, make schedule, grind compasses and doing other things which makes it smooth and fast. A lof of work. And they gonna take it away from us? I will never agree with this or support the game with real money again if they will do things like this to us.
I only recently came back from a two and a half year break after watching some friends coordinating a Khan when the event with the Heart pity system came out. I got reminded of the good times in my Khan network, contacted the folks from back then and came to enjoy a game again i thought i quit for good. I cant say i only play for the daily merc rewards, but i have to say the community that does them each day and did so over years brought me back. Killing a content that brings people from different guilds together over a cooldown that could very well be implemented at another point to work with the upcoming pvp changes would be a deeply regrettable decision.

It takes 1 hour only for the disabled, for normal people, killing bosses takes 20 minutes. Those who write for 1 hour are blatantly lying )
If you're doing khan, puturum, ferrid and mudster in 20 min then you're in a guild of speedhackers, or have no clue what you're talking about. Take your pick.

You are the one who don't know what you're talking about. If you have 58 DPS with 1-3 BCN each, then lvl 3 Khan is done in less than half minute after its able to get dmg (40% HP left after first salve of prepared BCN shots). Then compasses to Mudster which is dead in 1,5 minutes max (with full merc guild). Then T10 doom taxi to Ferrid and the same for Puturum. Killing all 4 bosses itself is about 6-7 minutes, rest is relocation boosted with T10 horses, compasses and CTG. All bosses can be done in minimum 15 and maximum 30 minutes (depends if we are waiting for crashed ppl). If you do it longer, then you're doing something wrong.
A lot of people actually enjoying to merc every day for guild boss, do not block them because of whatever economic decision, consider social part first, this is important for them

So you only need 30+ people with t10 dooms, 20+ people with compasses, and a full 100 people. Ok, you got me, that's probably standard for every guild that does bosses and still has mercs. You also would obviously never run out of black cannonballs if you bypass the towers every time as well.
