PA won't fix the class with your busted idea, this will make witch fotm and everybody will leave valk shai and wizz to play witch.

Upvoted, another nice (but new/slightly different) take on witchey. Hoping PA finally listens and fixes her for the current and continuing meta.

People will still play shai because of the insane buffs. People will still play wiz because of the burst, grab, and high amounts of sa. People will still play valk because it has super armor healing, strong defensive buffs, sa block, grab, high mobility, and a nuke that consistently deletes people.

Even with these changes, witch would still be fragile, lacking in burst, lacking in her ability to chase down anyone, and lacking in a means to cc perma sa rotating classes.

All this would really do is allow the class to break through blocks a bit better and move short distances to reposition their frontal guards better.

yeah, that's kinda the point of wanting succession to get improved. This wouldn't make it top tier. It isn't like I am asking for rift chain on them or more iframes, but it would make the class a little less bottom of the bottom tier.

If awakening mystic can see improvements, so can awakening witch.

valk wills till be super s omega tier, shai buffs unlike all other buff classes STACK on top of everything else.

if you allow awakened casters to not be free kills and to have working skills noone will suffer for it.

My friend, I will assume that you play Valkyrie from your profile. Perhaps Awakening Valkyrie. 

When looking at OP's suggestions, they go as the following and are far from excessive when all considered:
OP wants:
1. Being able to transition smoothly from Staff to Sphera.  Which is definitively reasonable after months of census amongst experienced players from other classes.
2. Magical Evasion SA dash / hops to not have cooldown instead of the current 4sec.  Which is the biggest request, and the main one IMO.
3.  A really underwhelming buff request on Yoke of Ordeal.
4. Not going to comment about the W+Q Meagu thing (if that's your concern, spell it out; but I don't think it's the core of the feedback)

Now, as a Valkyrie person, I find it strange that what was good for you in relation to your movement combo is suddenly unnacceptable for someone else. I certainly remember when you guys had a ton of gap re-reboot, now that it's gone, you'd wish to gatekeep it?

On top of that, you go in an attitude where you say that Awakening Witch players looking to PvP with her should reroll, yet, you're against a set of changes that could help the Awakening Witch. Make up your mind.

I don't understand the sentiment that the class is supposed to suck. PA has stated they want every class to be good at at least some part of PvP and even admitted on stream they are aware awake witch is just terrible right now.

that is the real problem, awa casters are not ok in most pvp content and even in largescale which is allegedly their FORTE they are mid at best case under right conditions, terrain and proper teamplay. its actually sad.

Every class is supposed to have at least SOMETHING they are good at in pvp, and the fact they don't is a real problem. The only reason to play her in pvp is stubbornness at this point.
