With the horse training event in place more people my notice how this is a terrible F*%^ing afk lifeskill due to how your servers act. Random character reload in the middle of the night and you come back to standing off of your mount, stuck on a fu#$ing rock or something else that is completely stupid. I had a continuous ping test setup in command prompt overnight and there was no major ping spike or packet loss over the evening, but I would be willing to but that if I ran a ping test to PA server simultaneously I guarantee that I will drop packets from your server responses. 

Look I get that servers are expensive but at least afk fishing will reconnect you. Horse training is a much longer F$%^ING PROCESS AND WE SHOULD RECONECT AND STAY ON THE SAME PATH WHEN YOUR SERVER BUGS. How much money do you need to collect per month/year to have a team fix that chunk of code over adding F$%^ing school girl/boy outfits or another female class to your wifu simulator? Do I need to translate this post into Korean to get the message across? Where do we go from here? 

My setup for afk training to make it bearable 40% of the time; Set game graphics to potato mode (RTX 3080ti and R7 3800x), Load auto loop, watch the loop complete to make sure it finishes, open the map to use less resources, have sleep and screen off times disabled in windows. If you minimize to tray you will fail to path all night 9/10 times. 

So thanks again PA for another wasted 10hr mount exp scroll and fiery celerity. Please f#$%ing look into this finally and don't just pass off the message because someone talked mean and put partial profanity in a message.

I have seen it mentioned dozens of times.  Make Horse Training, AFK fishing, and Training Dummies work the same way bookshelf reading does.  Set the character on the task and then you are logged out.  The task stops and the activity is registered as completing after that amount of time.  Set a maximum of 12 hours, and if you wait for longer than 24 hours to check on your "Afk" character their activity is abandoned and you get nothing.  People would still have to log in, but they wouldn't have to have their PCs running 24/7 and PA gets to have less server load.  I see no drawbacks.

1000, but then they can't have you logged in. I at least would like it so that you can set up a second char to do it while you ARE playing. They want people logged in, but they could def make the client just do the task. I would prefer afk life skill... as someone who hates the idea of family life skill, I am totally cool with being like "train for x hour" "cook these," obviously there are active life skills, too.

Being able to set chars on task would be sooo amazing, though. Even if it required energy or something to keep people from just doing it 24/7. I think it would get a lot of people into life skilling who didn't wanna do the initial gate.

I dunno if you need to set the max time, either. You can do what your inventory can hold, or you can do what your exp scroll says you can do. Not feeling the abandoned part. Sometimes people gotta leave the cpu for a bit, even 24 hr!
