dont think ur to up to date regarding our status in uncapped endgame pvp. We now can get deleted by most class in a 1v1 in one combo, no way to run, no way to disengage, no way to move with protection or to actual engage in the 1v1 to kill. I see why ppl are mad about evasion builds on classes that have an evasion passive, like striker etc, that have a ton of protection and still can kill you while super tanky, but shai isnt like that. We also dont have the "good green evasion offhand". 

I dont say Shai is in a terrible state, but taking away those crystals wasnt needed! The evasion builds most ppl fear dont use those crystals anyway, cause they rater have some more aggresive crystal instead. Shai is the one class that depends on those crystals. 

And yes, it wasnt possible to use those before the new crystal setup, BUT so was the use of a ton of aggresive crystals like ap, human dmg, acc etc....so not really an argument there. 

The new ring (PEN Ocean Haze Ring) x2 will only give 50 evasion in total while PEN Hesus Ring x2 gives 42 evasion in total but with more DP and accuracy. So if you have a PEN Ocean Haze without the blue crystals, you lost about 16 evasion according to my calculations. They still get melted pretty fast in T5 though and not sure if that's good or bad news. It might be good for other classes who still do damage with the evasion set.

Oh, and don't forget, PEN Ocean Haze Ring going to be a pain to get because we have to go through the enhancement all over again by spending billions and some will be stuck at TET for a long time so it's a lost for the Shai players.
