I'll simply go on the next MMORPG with this kind of owpvp, like I did with BDO. There were none interesting back then, and BDO appeared. And others will appear.

Because, in fact, I chose the right game back then, met players with the same mindset, then when BDO became popular players decided to play it without checking its features and complained when they realized they were not OK with some of these features.

You're the illogical one here, asking ME to check if players were on with the known rules (the game rules, not the player-made ones).

PS: What makes you think I don't go on other games? XD

So full of bias, seriously...
And that always makes me wonder. Its just a game other appear, just hope. But why people chose the wrong game and complain...And blames the others....

No offense, but I'm pretty that BDO will have its server online for more than 10 years into the current future as of this post. If you don't believe just look at Blade and Soul and Archeage. If those absolute crap-tier MMOs can stay afloat after losing nearly all their playerbase. Then BDO has nothing to worry about it. Because BDO is superior to not only to both of those MMOs, but also too any upcoming MMOs that supposed to be releasing in the near future.

Dead = far fewer people than should be playing, and many have given up playing.

Cabal Online still exists, but how many people play Cabal? I played it for 3 years and gave up 7 years ago.
Why? For the same reason I practically don't play BDO anymore: the pointlessness of gameplay that doesn't reward you for your time.

I will repeat what I have written here many times: Western players like Korean mmo but with Western rules.

And in BDO there is a grind that has no end because there is a e.g. 5% chance of getting e.g. bs pen. A better example is no pity parts for compass. If they were there, I would still play, collect them, put together a compass and start getting e.g. a merchant ring, and then Nol.
I really like BDO a lot, I consider BDO to be one of the best mmo's I've ever played, but this lack of progress and even regressing in progression effectively discourages me from playing.

And this is exactly what I was talking about. I have AMD processor and did not see any changes in CPU or GPU temps, I have the graphs in front of me all the time, so I would notice. My game does not crash any more than before, logging to other chars is still problematic at times. Marketplace is still accessible from storage. You see how such misconceptions emerge - "a friend of mine told me, so this is true now".

I'll just let you listen to this clip. It's timestamped

While I agree that there are many things to improve (as there always are), I am afraid many players hop on the train of PA-hate and negativity, which is not surprising, since hate sells quite well these days. Many times, players just "get told" that somehing is baad, such as Xigncode, but when asked, they repeat a plethora of misconceptions that fly around, and the things that are true are pertinent to other anticheats as well.

I do not need to defend PA, yet it is sad to see the repeated hate threads from the same people over and over again, while improvements get overlooked. However, I started playing in 2021 and from my experience, I would be happier if I started playing now than back then, because so many systems I hated and made little sense got much better over these years.

My first sign to start quitting the game was when they decided to effectively kill gvg's. Many players, including myself berated them for this decision for a while even before it went into effect but they still did it anyway. A spit in the face to the players that started years ago and appreciated the owpvp niche that this game held. But PA made it clear they'd rather cater to pve casuls. Unless you're in a guild with solid pvp connections, the receiving gm isn't asleep at the wheel, or just thinks "you want a gvg? Lol no", then you're not getting gvg's, or kicking that bastard out of your spot that's griefing you. Xigncode was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
