Agreed! Would be nice if hairstyles weren't locked to outfits. More options are always better. Very nice ideas!

Suggestions/Comments:

Greetings Adventurers!

I've noticed that certain Halloween outfits, including Gloomy Fox, Vespena, Eternal Snow, Epheria Marine, Puff Mini, Anemos, and Tea Flower, are currently limited to specific classes. I propose expanding the availability of these outfits to include all female characters, as well as Shai.

Arguments Supporting the Request:

Inclusivity and Variety: Opening up Halloween outfits to all female characters and Shai promotes inclusivity and allows players across various classes to enjoy these seasonal costumes. This not only enhances the player experience but also fosters a sense of diversity within the game.

Creativity and Character Customization: Offering a wider selection of Halloween outfits and hairstyles contributes to greater character customization and creativity. Players appreciate the ability to express their unique styles and personalities through their characters. Expanding these options encourages more diverse and imaginative in-game fashion.

Community Engagement:
The availability of diverse outfits for all female characters, along with Shai, can enhance community engagement. Players may feel more connected and involved when they can showcase their creativity through a broader range of outfits, fostering a vibrant and active player community.

Aesthetic Appeal: The unique designs of Halloween outfits, such as Gloomy Fox and Vespena, contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the game. Allowing players to access these outfits on various female characters enhances the visual diversity of the in-game world.

Additionally, I'd like to suggest the introduction of more hairstyles in the character creator, similar to those found in the Academia outfit. Increasing the variety of available hairstyles allows players to have even more options when personalizing their characters, promoting a richer and more dynamic gaming experience.

I appreciate your consideration of these suggestions, and I believe that implementing these changes will contribute positively to the overall enjoyment and creativity within the Black Desert community.

Thank you for your time and dedication to making Black Desert an even more fantastic experience!

Best regards,
Rizu

I completely agree! I hope this will be added to the game <3

Totally agree ! :)

They need to share some Outfits between Classes.

Also older ones and special ones like Vespena, Gloomy Fox etc.

But to be honest i also miss the more unique Outfit Designs for each Class.

And it would be really nice if Character creation gets an overhaul.

Specially for body shapes and the tweaking of hair shape and its lenght like you could do with older Classes.

Freckles, Beauty marks and Scars should be also added to its own Option (and maybe for body aswell)

Agreed, the event outfits should available to all.
More hairstyles are needed ( both female and male)
More ways to create a unique look for your chars that feels have your personal stamp on them.

It's cool idea to add stuff like that to the game. Also character creator need some fresh stuff

True. But most new hairs and such can't even be changed in shape, etc. they haven't meaningfully updated the creator since 2016 and while on the surface it is an amazing character creator, it has plenty of shortcomings that just aren't addressed. I won't expand on it more here since it is a different topic than the outfit variety, but I agree.

As for the outfit expansion, I'm all for it and have brought it up multiple times myself, too. Including the "Ram Horn Witch" for "Witch" and other things. It's not only seasonals (not every outfit you listed is a Halloween one, so I call them seasonals) though but also old outfits that do not get updated for new classes. Heck, when Charles Rene was finally updated for Lahn and Mystic, they skipped Dark Knight who had been out before both of them and after that they stopped updating it altogether, while it has some amazing weapon skins, like the Witch's staff.

I already listed a bunch of other things that could and frankly should improve in another thread so I won't derail the topic too much, but I wholeheartedly agree that outfits and any form of customization deserves more attention. And a huge one: we finally need a wardrobe function. I ran out of pearl inventory space for outfits on my Ranger in 2018 already. It's 2024 and nothing changed except that apparel bags are no longer a once a month thing but once a week - they should really come with pearl sets bought with pearls by default. It's ridiculous that they don't provide a proper way to store and use all the outfits we buy, which for many people way exceeds what the pearl inventories can hold (and other characters cannot share the burden because of the dumb 'bound' 'feature' ) and that the only way they have provided needs to be obtained over time at a very slow pace.
When you're an altoholic and outfit junky, it's a real problem. I've melted more outfits than I ever wanted because I lacked space for new ones. I 100% believe that's intentional by them.

EDIT: correction, they have meaningfully updated the creator once, with a color wheel, but for some reason this still does not apply to eye and skin color. Those are still an absolute mess.
