Lol, let us all just facce it, if you are sub-700GS chances are very high that you will meet a player that out geared heavily on both of the Arsha channels. And it is highly likely once that player figures out they can just curvestomp you. They will stop doing whatever they was doing to curvestomp you until you leave the Arsha channel. Beeccause, that is the mentality of your average geared player on Arsha. These type will stack every advantage that they have to avoid a fight of skill. And perveert it into a fight of Class-Inbalance, RNG, and Gear. So unless you are 700 or more gearscore then the chances are high that you'll mostly run into high geared players on highly overtuned 1v1 and smallscalee PvP classes.

On Arsha, you'll meet players who are ready to use owpvp for a spot, it shows a certain level of confidence, obviously. So if you go on Arsha with a low gear on a popular spot, yeah, you'll get pked if you still want to grind on the spot. Nothing surprising.

On the other hand, they won't stop what they're doing just for you, because they also want to grind. That's what your video perfectly illustrated.

Stay on regular channel, that's the best advice, karma is protecting you from direct confrontation.

That's not true at all. Far too many times I've been ganked by people who don't even want the spot. How do I know for sure? Because when they gear check me and I have no chance of fighting back, I'll straight up say they can have the spot and that I'll leave. What happens though? They keep killing me anyway. There are a lot of "PvPers" who just want to grief and bully people who have no chance at fighting back. They have zero interest in the spot.

Karma doesn't protect you either, people abuse that system as well.

So, you get attacked by players who are not overgearing you. Well, it's bound to happen anyways, right?

Ah, Maltie and I are disagreeing with you, there's no reason to get attacked only by players overgearing you.

It happens far more than people with equivalent gear. What you're saying doesn't really make sense to me either. What do you mean there's "no reason to" like you have any sort of control over who decides to attack you?

Not true because you say it? Sure. And if you really leave, how can they keep killing you?

And about karma, well... If you also think that's not enough, you should have defended the idea of a better set of rules with us. Along with the idea of grind spots which correctly follow gear progression, ie spots with higher requirements give more money.

Now it's endless ks or endless pvp. As we foresaw it would happen. Happy?

There's no magical phenomenon creating conflicts ONLY between overgeared players and weak ones. That's what it means.

Nope its true. But I gues its personal expirience. And maybe depends to atitude. In general I would say that on Arsha are more respectfull people. In contrast to you when I was 600+ GS when someone sees me and see how low my gear Ive been left alone to farm. But you go to somione else spot with low gear they will continue to kill oyu whne you jump infront of them. But thats not greafing, not from them atleast.

You can't leave when you're dead on the ground. There are many grind spots where the person who killed you can run to the spawn and keep killing you while you're trying to leave too.

Also it's not a magical phenomenon, but just due to how much gear influences PvP in this game, and how wide the range of gear score there is, it's almost always the case that one person is more geared than the other. Yeah, I do get attacked by people with less gear than me at times too, but the majority of the time it's people with more gear, and it's always painfully obvious. When you're doing like 10-20% of their health during a full combo and they basically 100-0 you almost immediately after a knockdown or any other CC, it can't be more obvious that there's a gear disparity. Alternatively, my favorite situation too, when you can't even hit the person and you just see the MISS flying text repeatedly over their head despite you connecting your attacks. That's a really cool thing to have in an action combat game, totally doesn't make the whole combat system and PvP look like a complete joke, nope.

I've found that people are no more or less respectful whether you're on Arsha or regular servers. If anything, I think people will use Arsha more as a justification to be rude than the alternative.

I never go to someone else's spot either. If I see someone grinding I immediately change channels or go to another spot. I don't like ganking people and never do it, because I treat others the way I'd want to be treated. If someone is in the spot, I let the grind. If I'm in the spot already, I'd like to be allowed to grind in peace too, but that's never the way that it works out for me.

Well, now you know what it feels like to see a rude intruder coming back endlessly despite the fact that you were there first, burn your karma for that and it doesn't work, it's like a bold flying "MISS" above the intruder's head and you take risks for nothing.

So let us go on Arsha like you all suggested to do, stay on regular channels and have fun. That's what you wanted, stay out of Arsha if you don't want people to use owpvp on you for a spot.

What do you even mean "now you know"? That's all I've ever experienced in this game, because I don't do that to others. So I'm ALWAYS on the receiving end of that.

Also I never told anyone to go to Arsha, and why would I, I already go there myself unless circumstances prevent me from doing so, because you're basically forced to if you want to progress more efficiently. The way I feel about the PvP applies both to Arsha and non-Arsha servers, and I will stand by my stance that Arsha should not have a drop rate bonus. It's only going to lead to a conflict of ideals between people who want to PvE more efficiently and people who just want to gank. PvP should not get PvE bonuses. Give PvP bonuses for PvP.

The dumb part is that you want to grind in peace, but you go to Arsha. Because you too greedy for some little % more, when usualy those % are not enough because you are involved in PvP. In reality you make more loot on normal channels than Arsha. And then you come to complain on forums. And again my words come to reality. People dont like PvE, they dont want to grind in peace, they just hat PvP for some reason. Sory but when you have all servers free from PvP and to come to complain about Arsha... thats pure hate and total stupidity.
But hey if all servers are Arsha you will meet more people like your score ;)
