How to replicate:
1) Spawn summon skill on Global Test Server e.g. Hashashin Aals Breath
2) Write down damage numbers
3) Acquire spot buff mechanic e.g. elvia weapon or gyfin underground color buff
4) Spawn summon skill again and watch damage
The damage done has not changed. It behaves identical on normal servers, but you can easily confirm through the test server.
What are summon skills/summons?
As summon skills/summons I understand skills that "summons" an entity that is separate from the player and inflicts damage or ccs by itself. Most summons inherit the accuracy, ap and crit chance of the player that has summoned it. However they do not inherit different spot ap mechanics, which makes them not scale properly in endgame.
Caused issues:
Many classes are designed around their summons and their damage is balanced around their summon skills. On hunting grounds which use a specific buff mechanic to gain better damage, these classes are left behind. This applies to many endgame hunting grounds like gyfin, all serendia/calpheon elvia zones, ulukita zones and more.
Examples:
Succession Hashashin for example counts on his tornados to deal a decent chunk of his combo damage. He is notorously known for being bad at spots where you move a lot, because he relies a lot on his tornados which cant follow and cant be continously cast (20s cooldown). Therefore Hashashin is getting left out of endgame hunting spots that require a spot buff to work and is limited to spots where you rarely move and dont have a spot buff.
A majority of classes use summons or partly summoned skills:
Hashashin, Striker, Witch/Wizard, Sage, Tamer, Nova, Woosa, Sorceress, Shai, Maegu, Corsair and maybe more
Some classes are more reliant and some less. Not every class needs to get the buff fixed, only the classes that are designed around their summons.

Much needed changes, especially for succ hash.
Make classes work the way they were intended to work. This has been a much needed fix for Succession Hashashin for a long time.
Succ nova has the same issue. Her summons have no acc and do not benefit from ap buffs. Sadly, most of her damage revolves around her summons. So its a big issue. I have no idea why PA has overlooked the issue for so long.
I am confident this is an intended feature, not a bug, as PA has accounted for this deficit by giving summon heavy classes plenty of damage outside of their summons, so that most of them have no trouble dominating even at spots with such mechanics.
Still, it's frustrating to be a victim of, it's unexplainable to new players, and it makes some abilities not worth using at all. It should get changed for that reason, even if it means some summon damage modifiers must be adjusted as a consequence.
Honestly that would make hash enjoyable at those spots. It doesn't feel nice pulling ~30% less trash than other classes
Please fix this PA so I can play my class again.
