This change is on the Global labs now.

This game is slowly changing for better, but it still requires many fundamental changes that PA is afraid of like the plague.

Ya, I know. I suppose the wait of this change didn't feel so bad since I only started a little over two years ago... I can imagine that has sucked for OG players having to wait sever years.

The game is fundamentally a great game, the changes as of recent have all been trash. This is the first one outside of family wide Karma that has been good for PvP.
Now that mob feeding is going to be gone, Arsha will be free of the Trolls that go just mob feeding people constantly at high level zones, most often on Arsha and Anon Arsha.
This new system is just as exploitable as the other, possibly even worse since they also discussed increasing pentalties for people who've lost karma. This system is souly designed for KR where people line up to use a spot. It's not designed for the rest of the world where you're going to see a massive upsurge of people griefing grinders because they know there's no longer any reprocussions to doing so.
Lining for a spot seems like a decent human behavior compared to the cancerous swamp of feeding to mobs, grinding over other people, non-consensual PvP, abuse of alts and guild decs to steamroll over gearlets without consequences, killing lifeskillers for fun, and DFS, don't you think? This is a culture I would like to see instead of what we have (hopefully, what we HAD).
Actually, I see a decent human behavior more often now, instead of a person coming, killing the other less geared person and saying "fuk off" or "haha, git gud", which was what I experienced before. People can choose not to be cancerous online and if they are unable to, they need to be forced - which is what is happening over these changes.

are you saying people are gonna have to be more polite and less entitled in a video game? *gasp*

More polite and less entitled - maybe not - prevented from annoying others excessively - yes.

Prevented from annoying others excessively - not at all
