Add Auto skip cutscenes option

Suggestions/Comments:
Add an "Auto skip cutscenes" toggle option. It is so annoying that during Atoraxxion Yolunakea and Boss Blitz (not even mentioning doing the main quest for the Xth time), you have to hold R for 2 seconds AND then confirm skipping the cutscene. Every. Single. Time. Add an ooption that you turn on, then all the "hold R then confirm"' part is automatically done.
