Who would benefit?  New Players wanting to learn to PvP, but veteran players also as they will be encouraged to try and learn new classes.  The Pearl Abyss balancing team would also benefit, as more players will feel encouraged to experiment and give feedback about a wider variety of classes.  Players will not feel nervous and stressed or pressured to try and learn new classes in game modes like AoS where teammates are counting on them.

Benefit of this change to the game: New Players who enjoy fighting type games will have an easier avenue to adapt to the other PvP modes in the game. This will attract a wider variety of players and make the game more attractive for a wider variety of new players.

Predicted ease to implement: easy to medium - almost all the systems to implement this idea already exist in the game.
