can't add skill points to scholar awakening skills

2 skills, Hammer Smash 1 and Infinite Power 1, required level says receive quest. What quest? How to get the quest? Where is the quest? Is there a separate quest for each skill? All 11 ascension quests already completed on a level 61 scholar.

Yo there, you probably need to do your Ascension/Succesion/Awakening Quest like or meet the level requirement.
For the quest check your Black Spirit.
