It is simply awful with increased auto-fishing timer.

Removal of all other fish in the fishing table was a really bad idea.

Not only that but PA decided to increase auto fish timer to 10 minutes.

Just go to the adjacent spots and you have your prize fish, or go to ANY other spot except the market area and your fishing is normal again.

Not exactly.  The bite time change in some areas extends well beyond the event spot (I checked Velia Beach and Heidel; Coastal Cliff and Demi River are somewhat messed up too).  Velia Beach's fish table is fairly unique, as is Heidel's.  Go a bit outside those areas and you get basic blue/green tables - in normal circumstances.  It's even worse now.

There are other prize fish areas, farther out of the way.  But some of those fish are unique to single areas.

The Anti-Fishing Event if you are a Master or Guru Fisher!

Who thought this one up? Whoever it is does not Lifeskill at all. 

Yeah, let's have a fishing event that takes XP off the table and allows you to reel in a catch once every 11-12 minutes. Oh! Yeah, and it cuts the silver return by nearly 60%. Yeah, that should be well received by the community.

Horribly done. Please restore the fish areas back to what they were before you brought us this "Event".

Please do the Fishers out there a favor and end this mess ASAP!

Evey idea PA comes up with these days is a bad one.  If the implement something good, it's because it's a repeat of something they did earlier.

I hate to say it, but it's true.  They've been destroying the things that make this game good for the past three years now.  I'm bummed.
