What's the diffrence, I've taken long breaks from the game and don't remember everything. In practice I don't see a difference between the two skills.
One says it makes you invincible, and II is Super armour.
When I un-learn level 2 I still have the 2nd Super armour jump, and and I don't see an obvious difference. Anyone know what the diffedrence is, I could shave it from my build if it's as negligible as it seems as I am starving for SP.

Crow Food let's you iframe if you're out of stamina by consuming shards. I think they're both iframe. I'm looking on BDO Codex and what you're saying is right, I says Invincible and II says Super Armor. I thought both CF I and II were iframe. What does it say in-game, if you can check (I can't check in-game right now)?
Crow Food I -> Nightcrow with shards -> normal iframe
Crow Food II -> Stormingcrow with shards -> SA flip with bound you can do after an iframe
Imagine you Nightcrow with ur last stamina and you are in a good position to attempt a CC with Storming, well then having Crow Food II lets you use shards for it otherwise you would just do a Nightcrow with the same input.
Tbh if you dont pvp its completly useless, and if you do it is kinda useless even for anything outside 1v1, and even in 1v1 is kinda optional, even more now with the adamantine meta, shards conversion into iframe is in most scenarios better than an attempted SA bound.
Thanks for the replies, I think where I was getting confused wasa continuously forgetting stomingcrow/nightcrow are different. So to me it was just "Use the same move for more SP"
U can keep it un pve, for pvp just dont take it.
U Will consume shards when u dont want it
