Archer 25% BSR no longer makes you invisible

Step 1: Log on an archer
Step 2: Wait for 25% or more BSR
Step 3: Use BSR Zephyr Leap
100% reproducible for me
Here is a video of the bug:
Since I don't see the change mentioned in the Patch Notes from this week or last week, I am considering it to be a bug.
If it is intended, please let me know and I will take down this post.

I also checked, the jump is shorter, the animation seems slow and it doesn't make you invisible. PA HELP

And it's not minor. The animation is like stuck in molasses, not just 'seems', it's terrible. The total back jump distance is about the same as the non-BSR version at the moment. The non-BSR skill seems affected too, in terms of jump distance, and an initial animation jankiness, but it does not have the severe slowdown at the beginning that the BSR vesion has (and of course, non-BSR has no invisibility or iframe).

The 21 Feb patch did fix the invisibility part, but not the speed or the distance problems. All they did was mask the breakage. And the distance isn't even half the normal zephyr leap. Seriously, wtf were they up to, there was no reason to have touched this at all. If it was collateral damage from some other change, it still needs to be restored to its former operation.
