Change win condition of 15v15 from "first to 1000 points wins," to "whoever gets a 500 point lead wins"

Suggestions/Comments: Currently, the game wins when a team reaches 1000 points, or when the match hits the time limit. 

An idea that came up in our voice chat that I'll propose:

Make the 15v15 win condition not be to reach 1000 points first, but instead to attain a 500 point advantage over the other team. Of course if the match reaches time limit, the win condition of whoever has most points at time limit will still apply as usual, too. This change would have 2 effects: 

1: "one-sided stomp" matches would end sooner. Instead of having matches that go 1000 vs 100 for example, they would end much sooner at a score like 550 vs 50. Once that 500 point lead is reached beyond the losing team, the winning team wins and the match ends. Stomps aren't very fun for the loser, but they also aren't very fun for the winner either. Let's allow them to get over with sooner if the mismatch is this severe. 

2: "close" matches would actually last longer. Sometimes it feels like the most fun, closest matches are hard to find and you want to savor a good matchup. If two teams are evenly matched, rather than a potential fast end at a score like 1000 vs 800, you might instead get a final score like 1900 vs 1400. This allows a close match more time to breath and develop a back and forth that is interesting. 

Once a good match ends, we're all back in the queue waiting til the next half hour mark and wishing we were back in. It would be nice if our best closest matches lasted a little longer. 

The 500 point lead is just an example, maybe the exact number should be different. Does anyone else playing the 15v15 feel similarly?

Not a bad idea.  Typical battles are over in 5 to 10 minutes.   Competitive/close matches could use more time.
