Suggestions/Comments: Scholars jump height effect from Anti-gravity skill is unmanageable and breaks the flow of combat.
Scholar is able to increase the jump height of enemies and allies for 10 seconds by using skills that trigger the skill Anti-gravity effects.
The skills that can trigger the effect are: One Small Step, Gravity Field, Gravity Press, Potential Energy, Hammer Throw, Gravity Crush and Gravity Distortion.
The increase of jump height is breaking various skills of classes, rendering them unusable.
For example, as an Awakened Dark Knight, if I'm playing with or against Scholars I will eventually get this "buff" and because of it I can not use Shattering Darkness.
If I do use it, I get a fall animation which is then punished by a CC from anyone.
This means, if I get this effect from any Scholar (ally or enemy), I cannot use Shattering Darkness, Flow: Bombardment and Flow: Darkness Outpouring for 10 seconds, which in turn will improve the chances of getting hit by it again, since I lost mobility to prevent it.
This "buff" is cool on paper but it's becoming one of the aspects that I hate the most in combat in this game, because it breaks the flow of characters and it's not preventable, there are too many skills a Scholar can do to trigger this effect.
This problem is barely manageable for 1vs1, on any other PvP scenario is completely impossible to manage.
I only have 2 possible solutions for this:
1. Remove the effect completely.
2. Increase the height from which characters start the falling animation when using these particular skills (like Shattering Darkness and Flow: Bombardment on Awakened Dark Knight), so your character isn't completely prevented from using them.
I would like to know your opinions on this matter.
So that effect is sort of acting like another type of CC... ? But to allies as well as opponents.

Yes, that's exactly right. Even allies are "CC'ing" you.
Another suggestion: Make a lot of skills not be affected by jump height. While Shattering Darkness is indeed the most affected skill for DK, the "buff" also affects Trap of Vedir, Airstrike and Balanced Strike. If you fight on slopes, this leads to falling animations as well when normally it would not. DK isnt even the only class affected by this, but it definitely makes gameplay on awa feel terrible when a scholar is anywhere in the vicinity, as 2 essential skills in her kit (Shattering and Airstrike) are far more risky to use suddenly.

I completely agree.
Well, disrupting opponents' flow looks like an innovative way to CC an opponent, but the falling animation is too much.
I don't know what to do about the allies...

Except the fact that this does not affect all classes equally. Since not all classes have abilities that change in height, rendering them useless.
And another problem is that this is a "CC" that is in effect for 10 seconds (like movement / attack speed debuffs) but instead of just making your abilities less impactfull, it prevents their use completely.
Edit: The worst part is that these skills have an height change that is mainly cosmetic, since the character still gets CC'ed and damaged while in the "air" when opponents attack on the ground. So there is no advantage on having this height change to dodge abilities, but it becomes a disadvantage because of this new effect.
Knew this would be a issue.
And the devs clearly didnt think about that possible issue. Scholar was a just cash grab attempt. A poor one at that. The sisters worked much better
