Lifeskill channel with bonus life exp

As in the title dont see a reason not to have one it would fix a lot of issues if PA incentivised use of a special channel for afk / life skills.
Heavily reduced combat lag servers always feel amazing after patch coz all the afk players are not in game yet.
I would even take it a step further and have a dedicated physical server for that channel so its completely separated from regular channel load.

You would probably be better off with trying to get more analytics on a servers population. I doubt they would release the true data, but a better indicator would help. So you could choose less populated servers.

Are there any downsides to keeping afkers in their own channel?
The lifeskillbonus server will always be "crowded", lagging as shit and many guys will switch back to normal servers, so we have the same situation as now.
And no one wants a laggy pvp server aswell.
