AoS gear system is already in the game, just make an rbf playlist that cycles better maps with it so people can get used to PvP and have a place to ez que into for fun. 

Absolutely agree on no resists being present in it to help make the idea of what you are doing right or wrong more clear to assist in learning. Probably should have the defense icons of someone being in protection or not next to them to if you want to fully realize it as an entry level training tool.

Too bad there are so many smooth brained (probably piloted) endgame account PvPers who think that this will discourage people from playing the game, as if them waving their 740+gs in the face of fresh out of season players doesn't lead to people writing off PvP as a whole.

I think this is a great solution to encourage new players to PVP while keeping the geared, old heads happy with better rewards. It's sad to see what RBF is nowadays. 

I went into an RBF yesterday and was instantly bullied by some Drakania in Crownation. Sure, my gear isn't the best... BUT I CANT EVEN HIT THESE GUYS WTH

Tbh, even though I agree with gear choice RBF (alla AoS, caps will just be badly implemented just like they are in Tiered NW), you will still get 1 shot by Draks in capped and you will still not be able to hit an eva player (if you arent playing the appropriate class with 20-50% accuracy boost{s}).

These changes would immediately add some life and excitement to not only the pvp scene but also to the overall game. These are all fair and well thought out suggestions. Even if PA slowly introduces these changes I believe it will instantly have a positive impact. Appreciate you writing this up Mac. Hoping this post catches traction and reaches the devs.
