Im a beta player and Ive never had a pen acc succeed ...hell i think ive only ever had 3-4 armor/weapon pens go off. Your time and effort is not rewarded in this game. Your only "good" if RNG says so. Truely wish i never picked up this game to begin with.
Well they introducing pity enhancement soon. So there you go.
