I dont need any proof, because its just the outer line, the pose wich is similar. Its like i make a perfect circle, put on printerest and name it My masterpice, and from that point on nobody may draw another circle because its my art and everyone who draws a circle it tracing. Ofc included when its slightly off. But its the same with what you did wrote "Even the eyes have a similar style which are a star." with that in the mind, nobody may draw eyes with star somewhere on the eyeball because someone did it earlier.

seeing those 2 images next to each other and overlapping, composition, torso cut, size ratios, stance, style of lines, of colour and of lights/shadow, pose, even down to the shape of the hand or the specifically unnatural style of the eyeball reflection, everything is not just similiar but exactly the same (except a thick outline). it's not even sampled and also not nearly as trivial as you try to make it seem with giving an example of copying one of the basic geometric shapes.

also claiming that other "big" people copy works and therefore it's ok to copy as well is not really the idea of creation.

this is clearly traced, it could be 2 versions of 1 idea by the same creator. if anything, this is not a piece of educational art but an altered reproduction within the realm of applied arts (aka design) and way too close to the original to be called an original by itself.

edit: not everything is art, ffs! i blame marcel duchamp for this phenomenon to have spread this much.

Yea and there are those "Big Shots" with thousands or ten thousands subscribers or followers who trace another guy art and then just draw new clothes and face on them. Without any credit whatsoever. Its ofc not a problem because he's got "backing". The guy traced ShakimiChan's art 1 to 1 but nobody bat an eye on that. Other than that I found a video too. It is with 3d models but it is 1 to 1 tracing too, "just" the face and the clothes are what he's did. And it is again something what is maybe already done by another person its just unnoticed. Again "Big Shots". Not like this will change anything but I just can't agree with you guys because in my eyes it's like when you draw the outer line of a shadow and then you draw what you want in it. The whole art community is so toxic about this that's its just unbelievable. Its just the outer line without eyes, mouth, clothes, or facial expressions.

i can't follow your arguments really. you seem to critisize that someone wasn't scolded for stealing from this "ShakimiChan" and yet here you excuse when someone practices the same misbehaviour? i'm sorry if i misunderstand but that's either contradictive or double standards.

tbh, i am having a hard time comprehending how you fail to see that the here critisized work of the OP has way more destinctive congruities to the original than just an outer frame.

sidenote: the OP removed the post, doesn't this also hint at the OP being aware of not having acted accordingly?
