cute 😍
Tracing is strictly prohibited.
I do not know why would it be tracing.. "Tracing is the artistic practice of reproducing and transferring an existing image to a new surface" what i found, and with this art only the pose wich is used, but the lines and the style is different too. Nowdays nobody can make a true own Art because somebody somewhere did it already so if you search you will find elsewhere another one wich is maybe from some "big name" artist who "traced" another artist with lower followers etc.

Tracing is only allowed to some certain extent (EX. Include bases that are free with no features or photography). However what is not allowed is tracing someone else's work, the first image is already produced by another artist, it would be fine if the pose was loosely copied, but alas when the images are placed ONTOP of one another they are snug together. Even the eyes have a similar style which are a star.

Also as an artist you do want to credit the original work you're planning to "take inspiration" from because if someone happens to come across the image online of course there will be questions :)

Yes there will be questions but what you did was judging. I can see the other Art only as reference. The form of the eyes, the ears the mouth the eyebrows the hair and the hands are different too. And the style as the lines are drawn are not the same either. It is an original art too because only the pose is used in the process.

I understand how you feel however in this generation it is easier to get away with tracing because people don't have the ability to spot similarities in artwork. Like I said, it would have been fine if it was loosely referenced. But the images are placed ontop of one another what other proof do you need then that? If the hands were a different size and the head was placed in another way then so be it, that's not tracing, it's reference. Yet, the hands and head and cake are placed in the same exact spot while the scaling is also the exact same. Art veterans will be able to spot things easily especially if the original image was found on pinterest.
I dont need any proof, because its just the outer line, the pose wich is similar. Its like i make a perfect circle, put on printerest and name it My masterpice, and from that point on nobody may draw another circle because its my art and everyone who draws a circle it tracing. Ofc included when its slightly off. But its the same with what you did wrote "Even the eyes have a similar style which are a star." with that in the mind, nobody may draw eyes with star somewhere on the eyeball because someone did it earlier.
