Non PVP character lvl 49 Killable by other players?

My lvl 49 non pvp Shai character was fishing on Velia near hills outside of safe zone found dead next morning "killed by another player". Happened to me first time in 3 months. Is it a bug or did i miss any anouncement regarding such rule change?

all characters outside safezone are killable on war servers during war time

It was Balenos 1 server, never see Node war on Balenos 1 but it might be true that when i was afk fishing it might become war zone for couple of hours and then became normal server when i came back.

The server with a "1" (except Season, Olvia, and Odylitta) are node war server!
During war times (01:00 – 03:00 UTC for NA) all monsters will be removed from the servers and they become war servers!
