BDO crashes after easycheat logo on black screen

I'm at a loss ... I was playing this morning and i blue screened to some Hx Tsr.exe error or something, computer restarted and repaired w/e it does upon the restart and now BDO just refuses to load past the initial black screen after easycheat logo is done. I've tried uninstalling BDO and deleting all folders in documents like cache etc and reinstalled the game again only to have it fix nothing. Can anyone help me understand what the heck is going on? :x other games that use the same engine like Outriders loads up just fine ...

Did that already, several times AND completely reinstalled the game from scratch ... nothing same thing at same place just ... shuts off

upload update.log, (inside log folder for the next 2) the latest client_xxx.log and startuplog_xxx.log

Startup log doesn't seem to offer any interesting troubleshoot info, however here are the issue according to client log:

BDO seems to crash after initializing the video card device. First course of action is to make sure your video driver is up to date. If yes, you can make sure that no energy saving option is turned on, which could mess with your video card. Then if you don't have power omtimization turned on, you maybe should opening a support ticket including your client log and the following dump file:
dump/2021-04-07/NA/buildversion_383252/buildTime_20210401_160656/address_0x00007FFB1E269EE0/r383252_0x00007FFB1E269EE0_434342_cbe0fb53.dmp.
(Dump folder is located in the Black Desert folder, which should be in your Document folder).

I'm afraid you'll need a lot of patience since the support is currently flooded with tickets since Pearl Abyss takeover and the waiting queue is very long.
