If your graphic drivers are up to date and if your power management isn't getting in the way, there isn't much you can do except opening a ticket. Maybe support has other ways to get troubleshoot information.

delete the 2 pastebin files

make sure your GPU is up to date

click the gear icon on the top right corner when you are at the launcher interface (before you click start)

run it in window mode with lower than your monitor resolution 

just tried that after game updated this morning, still same thing ...

Edit: I'm stupid and should destroy my entire computer setup for not thinking to reinstall the nvidia gfx card drivers in the first place ... it's fixed now lol -_-
