[Feedback] Update Character Level Rewards

Suggestions/Comments: Ok, I have been playing BDO since the 2nd anniversary, and never once have the level up rewards past level 61 been updated. It can take months to get up to another level past 62, and all that effort, for a single tri capotia accessory. Now, I am not saying capotia accessories are bad, but with all the new updates and season characters, it just isn't very necessary anymore.

I am suggesting to update the rewards earned for leveling up past level 61, like previously done with the playtime rewards. Not necessarily removing the capotia accessories, but adding other rewards, like maybe a 7-14 day value pack, arcana boxes, shakatu boxes, etc. This update would really make leveling up a lot more rewarding for all the effort put into it! (The tet blackstar weapon for 61, example. good change!)
