And where did you get the 10h Secret Book of Florin from?
The "normal" Secret Book of Florin always was 1h!

Not even BDOCodex lists a 10h version of Secret Book of Florin. I dont think it exist, or ever did, so I assume you are mistaken about it having been 10h.
