What 5 head at PA thought it would be a good idea to make the lifeskills buff not work past Art1.......
This would be like taking the Hot Time Event for XP and killing the bonus after level 61..... any idiot can get to Art 1.... the people that honestly need this buff the most are people pushing in Master and Guru..... why would you kill the XP bonus at the most crucial time for it to be of use.....
MASSIVE FAILURE HERE GUYS, DO BETTER!

Do I want it to go beyond artisan 1: Yes.
Does it really matter? Life skills are boring as hell, I don't really care. The Life skill I do actively do is beyond artisan 1, but honestly... meh.

Its like dangeling a carrot under our noses and tell you fuck off you can't have it :)
Its a bit dissapointing but whatever pa is so stingy with loot boxes that infuse old moon / kama buffs in the central market compared to kakao
so screwing up an easy event like this is just the cherry on top of the shitcake
good job you know how to keep your customers unhappy :)

The context of the event is that its letting you test the bonuses applied in the New Olvia servers.
They could have very easily not run any event and just give it to the new/returning players playing over on New Olvia.

Congrats , but not from my site !! First if you give a shakatu box , stop then with drop black hard crystals or stuppid things in it . Like the sail boats for 30 day's ... what a great gift !! It hate such events !!
